Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Familiar with rigging gear and signals.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL/endorsements may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and test rigging materials for safety and reliability.
• Align, level, and anchor machinery or equipment.
• Attach loads to rigging using hand or power tools; secure machinery to prevent movement.
• Select appropriate gear (cables, pulleys, winches) per load and area.
• Signal or communicate with workers during hoisting and moving loads.
