Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Territory Sales Representative to promote, train, and merchandise Dell and Alienware products in retailers around Boise, ID. You will visit stores weekly, train staff, and ensure displays are current and compelling.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with performance-based earnings around $20 per hour, travel within the market, and paid training. You’ll build relationships with store staff and management while advancing Dell brand presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6+ months of previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market.
• Provide training and support to Retail Sales Associates and Leadership.
• Complete Endcap and Inline resets of Dell/AW displays.
• Travel within the assigned market to retailers on a weekly schedule.
• Coordinate group trainings and execute.
• Attend bi-annual meetings for training and enrichment with the client partner.
