Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit retailers in the San Francisco area, educate merchants on the company’s financial services and program benefits, and ensure strong in-store customer experiences.

You will manage multiple daily visits, place POS signage, and report activity through mobile tools, while traveling within the territory to meet goals and maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Travel to major markets and events for launches to promote products.
