Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. seeks a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit retailers, educate merchants on our client’s financial services, and boost program visibility in the territory.

You will serve as the brand’s in-market face, build relationships, and ensure a strong customer experience at each location. The role is field-based with daily travel, approximately 22–35 visits per day, and a mix of in-store engagement, driving, and admin follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within territory and engage with merchants professionally.
• Introduce and educate merchants on client financial services and program benefits.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools.
• Travel within territory to meet territory goals and coverage expectations.
