Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build relationships with local retailers across your territory, boosting program visibility and driving growth. This field-based role requires daily store visits and independent planning.

You will educate merchants on financial services, place in-store materials, and report activities using mobile tools, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a $23/hour pay plus 10% monthly bonus. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
• Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and MVR screening.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within territory and engage merchants professionally.
• Educate merchants on client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support and address questions to ensure understanding.
• Place and maintain POS materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet territory goals.
