Job summary

Scottish Water is seeking a self-motivated Field Response Network Service Operative to support the Grampian North and Moray area. You will respond to customer inquiries, assess faults with modern leak detection tools, and help ensure repairs are completed quickly while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will be part of a team that protects water network quality, works under DOMS policies, and engages with customers and internal stakeholders to manage workload and deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• HAUC specifications for reinstatement works and relevant Health and Safety requirements.
• Understand and apply water and sewer hygiene codes of practice, including DOMS.
• Customer-focused with strong communication, reporting and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries as part of the Field Response team.
• Use leak detection equipment to identify faults and support rapid repairs.
• Follow DOMS policies and hygiene codes of practice, and maintain safety.
• Carry out tasks safely while keeping disruption to a minimum and coordinating with stakeholders.
