Job summary

Danos, LLC seeks a field technician to inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot pumps, valves, piping, and other mechanical equipment supporting water operations and frac activities. The role requires hands-on fieldwork, safe work practices, and accurate record-keeping across energized and non-energized systems.

You will monitor water flow, system capacity, and equipment performance while coordinating with production teams and field leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform hands-on fieldwork.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience with pumps, motors, valves, piping, compressors, or rotating equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance/reporting systems (Maximo, LOWIS, E-Vin) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot pumps, motors, valves, piping, and other mechanical equipment.
• Perform routine facility inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor mechanical repairs.
• Monitor pipelines, water flow, equipment performance, and SWD operations.
• Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions, pressure issues, leaks, and other problems.
• Maintain accurate daily equipment inspections, meter readings, and operational records.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safe work permits.
