EchoStar in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Field Resource Coordinator to support In-Home Services. You will coordinate technician resources, manage day-of-route changes, and adjust customer appointments to keep service moving quickly and accurately.

This role emphasizes strong communication with field teams, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and learning DISH’s WFM and CRM tools. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive

Responsibilities

• Communicating in real time with In-Home Service Professionals about routing changes
• Working with technicians to accommodate same-day customer appointments
• Tracking and communicating appointments’ progress with field management
• Referencing and assigning additional jobs to external subcontractors
• Answering incoming customer calls and handling transfers appropriately
• Maintaining accuracy across multiple tasks throughout the day
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
