Job summary

Tri State Recovery is hiring a Repossession Agent to join our in-person field team serving Alabama. You will safely and lawfully recover collateral for our clients, using effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in the field.

We offer weekly pay with performance-based bonuses, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, life insurance, paid training, and flexible scheduling. A high school diploma and clean driving record are required for full-time employment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate recovery equipment and tow trucks to repossess vehicles.
• Recover collateral including vehicles, RVs, and boats.
• Interact professionally with the public, clients, and team members.
• Use mobile apps and technology to receive and update assignments.
• Follow safety, compliance, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication.
