Tri State Recovery is hiring Repossession Agents to expand our field operations team in Birmingham, AL. Agents will safely and lawfully recover collateral for clients, requiring professionalism, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in the field.

The role involves operating recovery equipment and tow trucks, interacting with the public and clients, and using mobile apps to manage assignments.

Responsibilities

• Use mobile applications to receive and update assignments.
• Follow safety, compliance, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication.
