Job summary

McMillin Recovery in Cabot, AR seeks a motivated Repossession Field Agent to locate and recover vehicles and other collateral in a hands-on, field-based role.

You will work independently, conduct skip tracing, document findings with photos and reports, and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary. Must be 23+ and possess a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay, training, and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years or older (non-negotiable).
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, sound decisions.
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks.
• 2 years' experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
• Knowledge of repossession, towing, or law enforcement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Locate and repossess vehicles and other collateral.
• Conduct skip tracing and research to verify asset locations.
• Maintain detailed records, photos, and reports.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and respond promptly to assignments.
• Handle interactions professionally, including with difficult individuals or law enforcement.
