Job summary

Eclipse Advantage in Ardmore, OK is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our supply chain operations. You will identify compliant freight, operate equipment, capture damage photos, and stack pallets as needed. Training will be provided, and you’ll join a team that values safety and accuracy.

This role requires physical work, standing long hours, and reliable transportation. Overtime and weekend shifts during peak periods are common.

Qualifications

• 6 months warehouse experience preferred but training is available
• Physically demanding environment with lifting up to 50 lbs
• Warehouse equipment certification preferred (e.g., pallet jack)
• Meet productivity goals with high-quality service
• Overtime/weekends during peak seasons
• Ability to work in varied climate conditions (coolers/freezers)
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time
• Standing/climbing 8–10 hours daily
• Effective communication with team and customers
• Safety shoes required and pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

• Identify compliant and non-compliant freight relative to standard supplied.
• Use required technology for EAC+ (tablet, smartphone, laptop).
• Capture pictures of damage, shifted load, and paperwork with tablet.
• Move pallets and cases to stage for photo capture of non-compliant loads.
• Operate various types of material handling equipment.
• Sort, repack, and label freight.
• Assist fellow IA’s during unloading.
• Read, count and use RF Scanner technology (training provided).
• Operate warehouse machinery per SOPs (e.g., bailers, trash compactors, shrink wrappers).
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.

Job Description

• Capture pictures of damage, shifted load, and paperwork with tablet (provided).
• Move pallets and cases to stage for photo capture of non‑compliant loads.
• Operate various types of material handling equipment.

• Assist fellow IA’s during the unloading process.
• Basic ability to read, count and use RF Scanner technology (training provided).
• Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with customer standard operating procedures (e.g., bailers, trash compactors, shrink wrappers, etc.).
• Maintain work area in a clean and hazard‑free condition.

Pay Range

$15.00 - $15.00 per hour. Pay Scale: Not Applicable.

Job Requirements

• 6 months warehouse experience (preferred but willing to train).
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment—continuously lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse material handling equipment certification preferred (e.g., electric pallet jack).
• Meet fast‑paced productivity goals and standards.
• Excellent customer service required.
• Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes.
• Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers).
• Reliable transportation with ability to arrive on time.
• Standing/climbing 8 to 10 hours per day.
• Effective communication skills.
• Safety shoes are required.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Other duties as assigned.
