Job summary

Eclipse Advantage in Florida is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to identify compliant and non-compliant freight and support efficient unloading operations. You will use tablets, smartphones and laptops (EAC+), capture evidence of damage, and move pallets for photography.

The role requires physical endurance, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to train on RF scanning and equipment like electric pallet jacks. Overtime may apply during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 6 months warehouse experience preferred, but willing to train
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Warehouse equipment certification preferred (eg electric pallet jack)
• Meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
• Excellent customer service required
• Overtime/Weekends may be required during peak/seasonal volumes
• Ability to work in varying climates (coolers/freezers)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Standing/climbing 8–10 hours daily
• Effective communication skills
• Safety shoes required
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Identify compliant and non-compliant freight compared to standard supplied
• Capture pictures of damage, shifted load, and paperwork with tablet (provided)
• Move pallets and cases to stage for photo capture of non-compliant loads
• Operate various types of material handling equipment
• Sort, repack, and label freight
• Assist fellow IA’s during unloading
• Basic ability to read, count and use RF Scanner technology (training provided)
• Operate warehouse machinery per customer SOP (eg bailers, trash compactors, shrink wrappers)
• Maintain work area in a clean and hazard free condition

• Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with customer standard operating procedures. (eg.bailers, trash compactors, shrink wrappers, etc.)
• Maintains work area in a clean and hazard free condition

Pay Range:

$18.00 per hour

Job Requirements:

• 6 months warehouse experience (preferred but willing to train)
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs
• Warehouse material handling equipment certification preferred (ie electric pallet jack)
• Meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
• Excellent customer service required
• Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
• Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
• Standing/climbing 8 to 10 hours per day
• Effective communication skills
• Safety shoes are required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Other duties as assigned
