Job summary

Eclipse Advantage in Walton, KY is hiring for a warehouse associate to identify compliant freight, operate equipment, and document loads using RF scanners and tablets. You will stage pallets for photos and assist during unloading while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have basic warehouse experience, reliability, and willingness to train. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required, with competitive hourly pay and benefits support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify compliant and non-compliant freight versus standard.
• Use EAC+ technology on tablet, phone, and laptop.
• Capture pictures of damage and paperwork with provided tablet.
• Move pallets and cases for photo capture of non-compliant loads.
• Operate various warehouse equipment and machinery safely.
• Sort, repack, and label freight for processing.
• Support teammates during unloading and daily tasks.
• Read and count with basic RF scanner use (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.

Job Description:

• Identify compliant and non-compliant freight compared to standard supplied
• Ability to use technology required for EAC+ (tablet, smart phone, and laptop)
• Capture pictures of damage, shifted load, and paperwork with tablet (provided)
• Move pallets and cases to stage for photo capture of non- compliant loads
• Operate various types of material handling equipment
• Sort, repack, and label freight
• Assist fellow IA’s during the unloading process
• Basic ability to read, count and use RF Scanner technology (training provided)
• Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with customer standard operating procedures. (eg.bailers, trash compactors, shrink wrappers, etc.)
• Maintains work area in a clean and hazard free condition

Pay Range:? $15.00 - $15.00 per hour

Pay Scale:? Not Applicable

Job Requirements:

• 6 months warehouse experience (preferred but willing to train)
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment - continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs
• Warehouse material handling equipment certification preferred (ieelectric pallet jack)
• Meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
• Excellent customer service required
• Overtime/Weekends will be required during peak/seasonal volumes
• Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
• Standing/climbing 8 to 10 hours per day
• Effective communication skills
• Safety shoes are required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Other duties as assigned
