M&M Home Remodeling Services in Chicagoland is seeking a Field Repair Technician to join the Production team in Crete, IL. This full-time role focuses on exterior home repairs, installations, and hands-on service work with a commitment to quality.

You will work outdoors in all seasons, use basic hand and power tools, and learn roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. We offer paid training, year-round work, and benefits, with opportunities for advancement at a respected local company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work with basic hand and power tools.
• Able to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Experience in construction, remodeling, roofing, siding, carpentry or general labor.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders safely.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
