Warners' Stellian in Minneapolis seeks a Field Repair Operations Supervisor to lead Scheduling, Routing and Parts teams, coaching staff and drive exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

You will optimize technician schedules and routes, oversee parts procurement, monitor performance metrics, resolve escalated issues, and partner with leadership on special projects and continuous improvements.

Competenze

• 5+ years in field service, dispatch, scheduling, logistics, or related operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience in appliance repair or service operations is a plus.

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced service environment? We're looking for a Field Repair Operations Supervisor to lead our Scheduling, Routing, and Parts teams while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. In this role, you'll coach and develop team members, optimize technician schedules, streamline processes, and help drive continuous improvement across our service operation.

What You’ll Do
