Job summary

Warners' Stellian is seeking a Field Repair Operations Supervisor to lead the Scheduling, Routing, and Parts teams, coaching staff and optimizing field technician schedules for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You'll oversee parts procurement and collaborate on process improvements while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior appliance service ops experience is a plus and strong leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field service, dispatch, scheduling, logistics, customer service, or related operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily Field Repair operations of our Scheduling, Routing, and Parts teams.
• Coach, train, and develop employees to achieve high performance and excellent service.
• Optimize Field Repair technician schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee parts selection and procurement activities.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
• Resolve escalated customer, technician, and vendor issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Partner with leadership on special projects, operational initiatives, and business improvements.
• Perform the duties of scheduling, routing and parts team as needed.
