Alignment Health is seeking a proactive Provider Engagement Specialist to join the Provider Engagement team supporting Tulare, Kern and Kings, CA. This field-remote role will involve building trusted relationships with physician practices, presenting performance insights, and supporting Alignment Health’s network expansion.

You will travel across the community, conduct in-person provider meetings, and contribute to performance improvement and program education while maintaining a self-directed

Formación

• 2+ years of provider relations experience or training.
• Experience contracting with an HMO, IPA, medical group, or institutional provider.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with providers to support growth, retention and performance improvement.
• Partner with providers to improve KPIs including AWVs, HEDIS gaps, and utilization.
• Conduct initial provider onboarding and educate on Alignment tools and programs.
• Assist in developing training materials and provider in-services.
• Facilitate issue resolution for UM, prior authorization, claims, and directory validation.
• Maintain weekly activity summaries and participate in staff meetings.
