Job summary

C&S Vending in Faribault, MN is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers across South Central Minnesota. The CRM will travel regularly in a company vehicle, visit sites, provide in-person support, and serve as the primary contact for customers.

You will identify opportunities to grow accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and communicate needs and feedback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of territory account management or field-based customer-facing experience.
• Proven ability to manage a multi-city territory and identify cross-sell opportunities during site visits.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Communicate customer needs, concerns, and feedback to internal teams and coordinate effective solutions.
• Communicate new products, services, and enhancements that may benefit customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
• Manage multiple priorities, stressful situations and work collaboratively with internal teams.
