C&S Vending is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro and surrounding areas.

The CRM will drive a company vehicle for site visits, relationship management, and in-person support, serving as the customer's primary contact, delivering exceptional service. This role combines relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and account growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of territory account management or field-based customer-facing experience.
• Proven ability to manage a multi-city territory and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Willingness to travel daily up to 70-80% with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customers and provide outstanding service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Communicate customer needs and feedback to internal teams and coordinate solutions.
• Communicate new products, services, and enhancements to customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
• Travel daily within the designated territory for site visits and check-ins.
