C&S Vending is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro and surrounding areas.

The CRM drives a company vehicle to customer locations for site visits, relationship management, and in-person support, serving as the primary contact for customers. This customer-focused role combines relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and account growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of territory account management or field-based customer-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel daily throughout the designated territory (up to 70-80% field time).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate a company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and deliver outstanding service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Relay customer needs, concerns and feedback to internal teams and coordinate effective solutions.
• Inform customers about new products, services, and enhancements that may benefit them.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
• Manage multiple priorities and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
