Job summary

C&S Vending seeks a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers in South Central Minnesota. The CRM travels to client sites, serves as the primary contact, and partners with internal teams to resolve issues and grow accounts.

Responsibilities include proactive communication, problem solving, and upselling opportunities. The role offers a salary between $65,000 and $75,000 with comprehensive benefits and a 40–45 hour workweek.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of territory account management or field-based customer-facing experience.
• Travel daily throughout the territory up to 70-80% with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Communicate customer needs and feedback to internal teams and coordinate solutions.
• Communicate new products, services, and enhancements that may benefit customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
• Manage multiple priorities and collaborate with internal teams.
