Qualifications

• 2+ years of territory account management or field-based customer-facing experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle to operate a company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Communicate customer needs and feedback to internal teams and coordinate effective solutions.
• Communicate new products, services, and enhancements to customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
