Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Denver, CO territory (Denver/Aurora, CO; Lincoln/Omaha, NE). You will educate providers on reimbursement, help patients access Janssen therapies, and resolve payer-related issues across multiple accounts.

The role involves up to 50% on-site work with healthcare providers, collaboration with sales and managed care colleagues, and proactive problem-solving to improve access and adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider office settings.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorizations, and appeals processes.
• Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Use data to address access barriers and drive solutions.
• Address access and affordability issues with urgency and accountability.
• Coordinate with managed care colleagues on policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement support and education for providers.
• Build relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning.
