Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to cover the Albany, NY territory, including Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse. You will educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, collaborate with sales and account teams, and lead access discussions to help patients access Janssen therapies.

In this role you will analyze payer policies, manage territory logistics, and build strong relationships with customers while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business/public administration or equivalent.
• MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with reimbursement, buy-and-bill, or payer processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on reimbursement processes, coding, and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with field sales support and account teams; serve as access expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Use data to address access barriers and improve patient access.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning; build strong relationships.
• Stay current on payer policies and distribution channels; ensure ethical, compliant operations.
