Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Albany, NY territory (including Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse). You will educate providers on reimbursement, assist with access, and resolve issues to help patients start and stay on Janssen therapies. Up to 50% on-site travel is required.

A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in reimbursement or account management are required; experience with buy-and-bill and coding is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration
• 5+ years of account management or reimbursement experience
• Experience with pharmacy and medical buy & bill, coding, and appeals
• Knowledge of payer policies and access strategies

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements
• Collaborate with sales and account managers on access issues
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions
• Address access barriers using data and account management
• Build relationships with customers in assigned accounts
• Manage territory logistics and business planning
