Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Phoenix, AZ territory. You will educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, collaborate with the field support team, and lead discussions to optimize patient access and affordability.

The role requires on-site engagement up to 50% with providers, strong analytical and communication skills, and a deep understanding of payer policies across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration preferred.
• MBA/MPH preferred for advanced business knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as access and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
