Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead reimbursement and access initiatives across assigned regions. You will educate HCPs on payer policies and formulary changes, resolve coverage questions, and coordinate with patient access programs to optimize access for Pfizer products.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma with strong communication skills and a track record of cross‑functional collaboration in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience typically within pharmaceutical sales and/or coding and reimbursement.
• Reimbursement and Access experience is a plus with knowledge of payer dynamics across Pfizer brands.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with strategic planning and cross‑boundary collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership, coordination with stakeholders, and compliant business communications.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record meeting company standards.
• Must reside within territory boundaries and travel ~50% for live interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access to Pfizer products.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, and formulary changes.
• Distribute Pfizer materials on coverage, patient assistance programs, and billing references.
• Educate on Hub financial assistance programs, HCP portals, and related materials.
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient access programs to understand payer requirements for patients.
• Address questions about prescription status for patients in Pfizer access programs.
