Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Kansas City, MO territory, covering KC, MO, Wichita, KS, Topeka, KS, and KC, KS. The FRM will educate providers on reimbursement, manage access and fulfillment, and work closely with sales and support teams.

Travel up to 75% is required. A strong background in reimbursement, account management, and payer policy is essential to improve patient access and affordability of therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in reimbursement or managed care.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill design, coding, billing, and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team members and act as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Address access barriers using proactive data analysis and account management.
