• Educate HCPs on patient support programs, access, and reimbursement tools.
• Educate on product-specific acquisition options like specialty pharmacy networks and white-bagging.
• Educate on resources to address access issues.
• Provide local expertise on payer policies, codes, and claims submission processes.
• Collaborate with Oncology internal stakeholders for key account management.
• Report payer trends to Patient Services and MHC teams.
• Establish and maintain provider relationships within territory.
• Stay current on managed care, reimbursement, and policy activities.
