Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support the Raleigh, NC territory, including Charlotte and Greensboro. You will educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, collaborate with sales and account teams, and address access barriers to ensure patients can start and stay on Janssen therapies.

Travel up to 75% is required; you will engage with providers on coding, coverage, and prior authorizations, shaping payer strategy and delivering patient access solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in account management or reimbursement.
• Experience with pharmacy/medical benefit design, coding, and prior authorizations.
• Ability to navigate payer policies and manage access initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to address access barriers.
• Lead discussions on access and fulfillment with field teams.
• Proactively manage payer and policy changes affecting access.
• Build strong relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory planning and market dynamics.
