Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as a subject matter expert in access and reimbursement for the PDx portfolio. You will educate providers, support centers, and office staff, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize benefits determinations and reimbursement processes.

The role is field-based in the Mid-Atlantic region with up to 40% travel and reports to the Sr Director of Patient Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in US healthcare medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
• 3+ years US FRM experience.
• Knowledge of medical benefit reimbursement and payment mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert on reimbursement programs, payer processes, and access issue resolution.
• Develop onboarding and in-service presentations for new and existing customer accounts.
• Educate customers about Payer Coverage policies, reimbursement processes, patient services, and benefit investigations.
• Resolve general and patient-specific access and reimbursement challenges leveraging internal/external resources.
• Develop Access & Reimbursement tools and Guides on product coverage, claims processing, and appeals.
• Maintain communication with Market Access Account Executives and Sales for field intelligence.
• Attend conferences to promote GE HealthCare’s Patient Support Services.
