Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for Orange County, CA. You will educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations and reimbursement processes while collaborating with field teams to support patient access to immunology therapies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (MBA/MPH preferred), at least 5 years in reimbursement or account management, strong communication skills, and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in account management or reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy and medical buy & bill benefits, coding, and billing.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations, and payer processes.
• Collaborate with field support and act as reimbursement expert for local team.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Manage territory logistics, account planning, and education delivery.
