Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience.
• Knowledge of Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy.
• Medicare and commercial insurance experience.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and web meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff regarding reimbursement challenges and available support services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and Medicare/Commercial coverage; report activities monthly/quarterly.
• Collaborate on case management, billing, coding updates, and claims/appeal processes with the internal hub.
• Schedule appointments, outbound calls to offices, and coordinate with physicians and manufacturer reps.
• Monitor physician and distributor performance via CRM dashboards and quarterly client reports.
• Research provider and manufacturer data to build provider-specific reimbursement profiles in CRM.
