Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Reimbursement knowledge including buy-and-bill, coding, and prior authorizations.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team and serve as access and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access discussions with the team.
• Address access barriers using data and account management.
• Build relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Stay informed on payer policies and coverage changes.
• Partner with managed care to understand policies.
