Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to be the subject matter expert on reimbursement and coverage for assigned regions. You will support HCPs with patient access, deliver payer education, and coordinate with HUB and access programs to ensure optimal coverage.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and compliance with Pfizer guidelines, with a 50% travel expectation across a defined US territory including Madison, WI and nearby markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience typically within the fields of pharmaceutical sales and/or coding and reimbursement.
• Reimbursement and Access experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Specialty Drug Reimbursement and related payer dynamics.
• B.S. or B.A. degree is required.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with strategic planning experience.
• Ability to collaborate across internal boundaries and with stakeholders.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment and with compliance guidelines.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape and formulary changes.
• Distribute Pfizer materials relating to coverage and reimbursement matters.
• Educate on Hub financial assistance offerings and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with patient access programs to understand payer requirements for patients.
• Address questions about prescription status for patients in Pfizer programs.
• Compliantly use Pfizer’s case notes system.
• This role will serve as the reimbursement and coverage subject matter expert in assigned regions.
