Qualifications

• 5–10 years in reimbursement, market access, or patient services.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer coverage.
• Hands-on reimbursement and billing expertise required.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement resource for retina practices, educate staff on payer policies and billing, guide through prior authorization and appeals, lead quarterly business reviews, analyze claims data for denial patterns, and support cross-functional coordination for launch readiness.
