Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in reimbursement, market access, or patient services within pharma/biotech, with at least 2 years of hands-and-bill reimbursement experience; expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer coverage; proficiency with benefit verification, prior authorization, claims, and appeals; strong communication skills; willingness to travel 50-75%.

Preferred

• ophthalmology or retina experience, HCPCS Level II (J-code), product launch support, professional coding or healthcare management certification.
