Qualifications

• 5–10 years in reimbursement, market access, or patient services within pharma or biotech.
• 2+ years of direct field reimbursement experience with hands-on buy-and-bill knowledge.
• Proficiency in Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial payer processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• CRM and Excel proficiency.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.
