Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to join the PECS team, covering San Antonio/Austin, TX. This field-based role focuses on education, access support, and payer collaboration to optimize patient access to immunology therapies.

The role requires up to 50% travel, strong reimbursement knowledge across pharmacy and medical benefits, and excellent communication with healthcare providers and payers. Base pay ranges from $105,000 to $181,700 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably healthcare or business/public administration).
• Advanced degree (MBA/MPH) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations and appeals.
• Collaborate with field support and serve as reimbursement expert.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients.
• Partner with managed care colleagues on policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules.
