Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager based in Albany, NY. You will educate healthcare providers on coverage, assist with prior authorizations, manage reimbursement issues, and collaborate with sales and account teams to optimize patient access.

The role requires up to 50% on-site work with HCPs, strong knowledge of payer policies, and a drive to improve access across Immunology therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• MBA or MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsabilités

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations and appeals.
• Collaborate with field support team and act as reimbursement expert.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Perform field-based reimbursement and access support and educate stakeholders.
