Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive patient access and education for HCPs across San Antonio/Austin, TX. This field-based role requires collaboration with multiple internal teams to resolve reimbursement challenges and improve treatment access for patients.

You will educate providers on coverage, prior authorizations, and coding, while partnering with sales and hub services to support patient journeys and adherence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience in a provider office setting.
• Demonstrated expertise with pharmacy and medical buy‑and‑bill, coding, and billing.
• Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix organization.
• Problem‑solving ability to navigate access scenarios and identify solutions.
• Strong communication skills and experience with patient support HUB services.

Responsabilidades

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes for core and launch products.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Address access and affordability issues with urgency to support patients.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and future changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education, and problem‑solving.
• Build strong relationships with customers in assigned Immunology accounts.
