Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years working with payor reimbursement and patient access pull through.
• Ability to establish professional relationships in health systems and oncology clinics.
• Strategic mindset with strong clinical, financial, and analytical skills.
• Market knowledge of community oncology reimbursement trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on Patient Services at regional level in targeted accounts.
• Understand each account’s revenue cycle to support patient access to products.
• Assist customers in Patient Services enrollment using approved guides.
• Track co-pay status and ensure timely payments and high adjudication rates.
• Educate customers on payer coverage issues, coding changes and claims submission.
