Job summary

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to advance patient access for cryotherapy technology across care sites in the United States. You will serve as a strategic reimbursement partner, delivering CPT/HCPCS guidance, coding support, and payer policy insights to healthcare providers and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication and field-based collaboration, with up to 75% travel to hospitals and ambulatory sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device reimbursement, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, APCs, DRGs
• Experience supporting pain management or cryotherapy technologies is a plus
• Ability to translate reimbursement requirements into actionable guidance
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based reimbursement expert for cryoneurolysis procedures and related reimbursement.
• Deliver compliant reimbursement education to providers, hospitals, and billing teams.
• Support customers in understanding coding, claims submission, and payer pathways.
• Identify drivers of denials, underpayments, delays, and barriers to reimbursement.
• Provide guidance on coverage, coding, and billing considerations for new procedures.
• Develop reimbursement education materials, field tools, and webinars.
• Monitor CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM and payer policy changes and communicate implications.
