Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Field Reimbursement & Market Access Manager to drive patient access to Aquablation therapy in the designated territory. You will manage reimbursement strategies, reduce barriers, and optimize market access in collaboration with clinicians, administrators, and internal teams.

You will educate hospitals on coding and payer rules, lead reimbursement education meetings, and partner with field sales to support customers while traveling up to 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years medical device reimbursement/health economics experience.
• Knowledge of US private payers and Medicare coverage and payment.
• Strong communication, verbal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Educate hospitals and practices on coding, coverage, payment and patient authorization rules, regulations, and processes.
• Lead reimbursement education meetings for existing customers.
• Serve as primary reimbursement resource for hospital and practice customers.
• Collaborate with field sales teams and act as their reimbursement resource.
• Work with Aquablation patients to understand insurance coverage and payer appeals processes.
• Analyze customer financial data as part of periodic business reviews.
