Job summary

Cencora in the United States is seeking a Field Reimbursement Specialist to educate providers on reimbursement and access for specialty medications. The role requires travel up to 80% within a territory including GA, NC, and SC.

You will liaise with providers, manufacturers, payers and pharmacies to resolve access barriers, support prior authorizations and coding, and ensure patients obtain needed therapies through payer policy changes.

Qualifications

• Field reimbursement and access experience with providers and payers.
• Deep knowledge of pharmacy benefits, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within a designated territory including GA, NC, SC.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider office staff on insurance issues and payer policy changes.
