Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Reimbursement Business Manager to join its Commercial and Field Reimbursement Management team. You will support HCP offices in obtaining access to Regeneron products and navigate payer landscapes to ensure patient access for Alliance products such as Dupixent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in pharmaceuticals in a matrix environment.
• Experience with products delivered through a Specialty Pharmacy network.
• Collaboration and proactive communication skills.
• Background in leadership and cross functional partnership.
• Knowledge of Commercial Insurers, Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales organizations to act as a payer subject matter expert.
• Build and execute a strategic plan for access and reimbursement initiatives.
• Provide payer and specialty pharmacy support to educate physician offices regarding coverage of alliance products (Dupixent).
• Establish and maintain knowledge on local and national payer landscape and criteria.
• Establish relationships within healthcare provider offices to resolve payer coverage barriers aligning with Regeneron policies.
• Ensure training and knowledge are maintained to keep the team seen as the most knowledgeable in access and reimbursement.
