Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as the reimbursement and access expert for assigned products. You will educate field teams on patient journeys and payer processes, coordinating with HUB and specialty pharmacy to support access across care sites.

With 5+ years in pharma/biotech, you will navigate enrollment forms, prior authorizations, and coding while educating HCPs on coverage changes. Territory-based role requiring local presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech with payer/reimbursement experience.
• In-depth knowledge of patient enrollment forms, prior authorization, appeals, and coding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage for assigned products.
• Educate field teams and office personnel on patient journey and payer processes.
• Coordinate with HUB/patient support services and specialty pharmacy.
• Educate HCPs on reimbursement submissions, coding, and payer requirements.
• Ensure awareness of benefit design and payer coverage changes across sites of care.
