Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as the reimbursement and access subject-matter expert supporting our products in the US market, with Florida field coverage. You will analyze payer issues, educate HCP offices, and enable field teams on access strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Market Access, and Public Affairs.

The role requires 3+ years pharma/biotech experience, BA/BS, and willingness to travel locally and nationally.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience.
• 2+ years of pharmacy, specialty pharma sales, reimbursement/access, or patient support services experience.
• Endocrinology experience preferred.
• Local and national travel required.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues.
• Provide access/reimbursement education to HCP offices.
• Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams.
• Provide education and support on Specialty Pharmacy issues for payer products.
• Explain how products are covered under Commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid.
• Support patient access with payer coverage expertise while following SOPs.
