Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to act as the subject‑matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage for our products. You will analyze issues, educate the field on the patient journey, and serve as the local access and reimbursement resource for sales teams and management.

In this role you will coordinate with HUB/patient support services, liaise with specialty pharmacy, and educate HCPs on enrollment, prior authorization, coding, and coverage changes that impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ pharma/biotech experience with at least 2 years in payer, reimbursement, and patient support.
• Deep understanding of enrollment forms, prior authorization, appeals, coding and payment across sites of care.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access and reimbursement issues and educate on the patient journey.
• Provide access and reimbursement education to field teams.
• Coordinate access issues with HUB and specialty pharmacy partners.
• Educate HCPs on enrollment, prior authorization, coding, and payer processes.
• Inform on coverage under benefit designs and changes affecting patient access.
